I hope you don't mind my taking advantage of this reply to relate a recent incident of mine.
I was driving to work and became very full over a half-hour period so the last half hour of my drive was increasing agony (a rare second cup of coffed did it). Since I drive a lovely married woman to work I did not have the freedom to hold and rub myself. My foot on the accelerator pedal was shaking from the tension of holding my sphincters clamped shut. When we were a couple of minutes from work and however terrible the discomfort I believed I would make it I told her of my predicament; she laughed and mentioned the "gotta-go" scenes in the new movie, "The Green Mile;" she thought those scenes were overdone. I do not intend to see the movie but some of you might like those sections.
