i'm a girl, but I'd like to answer this. I would squeeze my legs together and squirm. I think honestly, I might wet myself eventually, but I would honestly try not to, even thought it would be a good exuse to. why would the cloth work??even if it was tight, urine soaks through anything porus.good luck though., Rachel
