Wetseat is right, this is an Australian site. However, I can see that AMERICAN is definitely American.... his spelling demonstrates that he is yet another one of the fine results from the public education system that exists in this country.
I think AMERICAN is underachieving trailer-trash, who is mad at the world because he can't get a job anywhere but Wal*Mart, and is pissed off because he can't afford a home any bigger than a boxcar. This is, of course, because the public ed system in this country failed to teach him about hard work.
...which I consider proof that socialized education (or other socialized programs, for that matter) are bad for America. Might be good for other places in the world, but when you combine the fact that Americans are taught about rights in the first person with systems that give things away, starting with education, you get scum like this guy. It's probably too late for him. He probably couldn't be re-educated to understand the value of a hard day's work. He clearly doesn't understand that his rights extend to others, nor that Freedom of Speech has no language-dependent clause attached to it.
So, AMERICAN, get off your high horse. You make the rest of us Americans, especially those of us who chose to be here, cringe at the very sight of your name. Maybe you should get off welfare and get a job. Then you might have something better to do than scream about foreigners on the Internet.
