Thanks for expresseing tolerance. But I can tell you there is even more about foreign languages: You would not believe how arousing it is to try to understand the contents of a post in a foreign language if you have to look up almost each word in a dictionary! (I remember the strange feeling when I realized what the sentence "I have to go" means - you don't learn this at school!) I can't speak Spanish, for example, but it can drive me mad to explore a wet Spanish post by means of a dictionary. You have to guess so many things, and this sets your imagination on fire, more than the same text would do if written in your own language... Maybe this is an experience which is typical for persons who LIKE foreign languages (I do, you need not be an expert in order to like a language!). But if you don't open posts in foreign languages - hmm, you really miss a lot. What would I do if I would not open English posts???
