At work I always tell everyone....I Have To Run Up Front......("Cause that's where the bathroom is.( One guy always calls after me "Gotta Pee Huh?" So much for couth!
Even though I'm 34 y/o when I'm at home I still say "I have to use the potty."
Not foreign I know, but sadly English is the only language I know. My husband speaks pretty good Cuban.......I'll have to ask him.
