try stretching your bladder during the day hours. also- do you pee before you hit the sack, or drink a lot the few hours before bed? if it's a yes and no, then you should try seeing the doctor. you're bladder may be producing more urea for some reason. also-kegal exercised might work. last of all if none of those help, you could wear diapers, but they may find those,and you don't wan
