Yesterday my boyfriend and I were playing holdit when all of a sudden I started feeling an urgent need to poo too. Since poo holding wasn't in the rules he said fine, but if you pee I win and remember, you wash my truck for a week. Real bad cramps were starting to happen so I hurried to the toilet and of course he was right behind me telling me he was going to love his nice clean truck all week but I was just happy at the thought of having the cramps go away. Holding pee is one thing for me as I can really hold it usually, but the once a month cramping time is more then enough for me and poo holding is not my thing.
Quickly dropping my cut-offs, I sat and started to relax, when due to a prety full bladder, the pee urge hit; the cold seat sure didn't help much and I struggled to hold it but a wave of cramps and a lot of built up pressure in my rear was telling me to relax and push. He drives a large truck and the thought of washing it every day after his drives at the construction site stuck in my mind and as determined as I was to hold my pee, the tummy cramps and pressure at my rear were almost unbearable now. I had to relax my rear yet hold my pee and although I knew there were different muscles involved, in me they seemed to have only one controler.
I'm running late now so I have to split, but I was wondering if any of you have the same problem. Can you drop your poo while holding your pee?
