It certainly does take a while to pee after orgasm. But (and you women take note) when that time has passed don't ask me to wait any longer; even if I am playing with you and fingering you to heaven, I can't hold my bladder back.
One good reason to have that postcoital piss is to "wash out the pipe" so I don't continue to ooze semen into my briefs (or onto my lover's leg or her/my/our bed).
