General opinion seems to be very down :-(
Like you, I've been doing it for a very long time, actually since I was 5, but it became sexual when I hit puberty because both sex and wetting have taboos, my mind just very naturally attached the two.
I had one girlfriend a few years ago who I think might have done it for me if I had had the balls to ask her. However, I am married now, and my wife is not too keen on the idea.
