Very difficult (but not impossible)for her to do, unless of course you have a teeny weeny, as it will sorta crunch her pee hole. The other problem will be if she's one of those too toilet trained gals who can, unless totally bursting, only pee in the squatting position. If that's the case, you might want to wait until just after her flow starts when she's on a toilet. Then spread them and enter. Although its not a real comfortable position for you, it should work if she was very desperate in the first place because the last thing she will want is to not continue with her relief.
