Actually truth be told there are quite a number of people who do post worth while things and to all of you, thank you.
Okay now to move on to something that has to do with your question.
I have actually thought the same, and the thought is a little scary but, only a little bit. I mean you can always used the "Well why are you here if you aren't into wetting?" comment with them, and in all likely hood they too would keep your secret if you kept theirs. I also once used the special "pet" name I had for, someone I knew, in one of my stories, cuz I thought she might be one of us.
All in all it's an interesting idea, but I think of it as being more exciting and happy, then scary and bad. VERY few people come here unless they WANT to be here. So for me it wouldn't really be something to worry about.
And speaking of worry, STOP worrying about what you post, it's a free board. Who cares if it isn't always a story, it certainly is better then alot of the bullshit that happens here.
