Hello Daniel: Unfortunatally, society has decided that the most natural and necessary bodily functions are to be hidden. Just think how convenient it would be if we did not have to search out a dirty and smelly public restroom. I agree that we can't have people soiling streets, sidewalks, etc, but think of the simple devices that could be set up around cities for this purpose. If outdoor relief was common, no one would even care. Sex is a whole other topic, damn those genetic/natural needs.
But, I think the "taboo" nature of relieving oneself in public adds directly to the excitement of participating, or observing, such acts, at least for me.
It is too bad that so many people suffer physically, or emotionally when the occasional lack of control occurs. My dog doesn't seem to care who is looking. I am only glad that breathing and eating in public have not been outlawed... Yet.
