Personally, I think this is the reason why it turns me on. When a girl tries her best to hold it without showing it, but eventually just can't make it anymore and wets herself. The desperation and the unwanted and unavoidable aftermath - that's the issue! They don't want to wet, but do it anyway and maybe start crying afterwards, that's the climax for me. There's no turn-on when they wet on purpose, there's got to be an accident, after a desperation phase!
