The gents' loos in the subway under Centre Point in London have security cameras. Also the ones at the other end of Oxford Street at Marble Arch. I think they're there to deter gay men from using the cubicles for sex. There are signs outside to say that the conveniences are being constantly monitored. By whom I do not know.
One London nightclub apparently has a camera in the gents with live pictures beamed through into the ladies (but not the other way round, alas!).
