You make some good points. Those facts I've mentioned in pasts post, and even confirmed in this recent post, could still be anywhere. If someone were really to confront me, I certainly could deny their suspisions if I chose to do so. I have no enemies that I know of who would actually want to harm me or reveal what they know (or think they know) to others. The reason we all meet here is because we feel safe and know that everyone here is in the same position, and not open to their own worlds about their love of this 'sport'. In reality, if someone here were to approach me thinking they knew me, then I would be fairly confident in the fact that they are in the same position I am, and would respect my privacy. Of course there could be moments of embarrassment adjusting to having found each other out, but I suspect it would turn out to be a good thing.
And I don't want to live in a hole in the ground and eat berries. I may always wonder, and even hope, that someone will find a friend who has the same secret he or she has.
