Alice and I have spent several years now enjoying WS. We mainly practice in bed, so we are surrounded with pee all night. From conversations with some doctors we know, the pee itself is almost completely sterile. It is simply water with many chemical wates that the body is trying to get rid of. So unless there is a body fluid exchange other than pee, it is pretty safe from what I have been told.
