Many women wet themselves as they reach orgasm but find it quite embarrassing. Perhaps you just need to let her know it adds to your pleasure. When she goes to the loo before making love you could try saying "Why not save that for me when you cum?" And offer to do the laundry after - we women are frustratingly practical and the thought of having to wash smelly stained sheets is enough to put us off even if we enjoy it!
