I'm not so sure there's a bad place for desperation to hit... depends on if an accident follows. I posted something recently about realizing how noticeable that desperation posture might be when I thought I was hidnig it so well. Any place well lit, and public would be embarrassing if I'm wet. I think the work place would be the worst. I've been desperate in countless places, which I've not really found terribly embarrassing. Guess that depends on how physical and obvious my attempts at holding it are and who notices.
