My ex is a pilot, when we lived in Alaska he flew for a small company in the bush. One more than one occasion he told me about passengers (male, I would assume) who had used the airsick bag as a urinal. Not to mention nearly all of the places he flew did not have facilities and the pilots would have to relieve themselves on the tarmac while trying not to let anyone see them, he was caught more than once :)
