Until Christ comes again, countries will fight each other over something. We might as well accept that, despite the best efforts of the world's peacemakers.
As for Iraq and Yugoslavia? If we REALLY wanted to oust Saddam and Slobo, don't you think we would have? A certain leader of a certain free world and his administration seem to have no idea how to effectively deploy and utilize the fraction of the military they have left.
Minimize or eliminate defense spending? Wow, that's a neat concept. Funny, though, how everyone wants the U.S. to drop their pants first. Sorry...call me old-fashioned and a politically incorrect patriot, but I think that the key to a free country is a strong defense and careful vigilance, which seem to be lacking lately.
