Actually, I wouldn't mind betting the respondent was actually female. I've seen this attitude many times, too many times, in fact, and it would appear that lots of women see pants-peeing as a uniquely female thing, as if they had all the rights to it, and any man that wanted to enjoy it as well is doing something that they think of as female-only.
I'm proud to say that I pee my pants with gusto every time I feel like it (and won't embarrass myself too much!) and I certainly do not agree with any woman that thinks they have all the rights to this!
