Has anyone ever done any research into how common accidents are, male or female? I'm talking of real accidents, not deliberately, or as part of sex play. After all, you don't often actually see anyone wet themselves, which perhaps makes it all the more exciting as a fantasy. Most people who really can't hold on will at least try to go where nobody can see them.
Over the years I've had three long term relationships where I've been able to ask the girl if she had ever wet herself and where the answers, as far as I know, were quite candid. Their responses were:
Girl 1: She said it had happened 3 times, all in her late teens. Once coming home from a party with friends, in a dark churchyard. Once when a friend made her laugh too much. And once arriving home absolutely bursting, on the doorstep while waiting for her dad to answer the door. She also said that several times (once on early date with me) she's been so desperate she couldn't get her knickers down in time in the loo.
Girl 2: Said she didn't think she had ever had an accident, and rememberd just once when she had been unable to get her pants down in the loo. Ironically this was the girl most willing to wet herself deliberately for me.
Girl 3: Said it had happened several times; I could never pin her down to a figure but I guess she meant 9 or 10 times at least. Most had happened when she had a flat a good distance away from the bus stop, which posed problems when she'd been for a night out. She said she normally managed to get back to the house but then would be frantically running on the spot while trying to unlock the door, several times leaving a puddle on the doorstep. She also said that she had quite often wet her knickers in the loo when she was in too much of a hurry to pull them down.
Finally (since this a m/f board) myself: Three times that I can remember; twice on the doorstep while fumbling for the key on returning from the pub; and once in my late teens walking in the woods with friends after a party when I didn't like to pop behind the trees, though I managed to avoid complete disaster by letting out several heavy spurts. To these I would add an occasion at a friend's house where I was so desperate I couldn't find the light switch and peed all over the bathroom floor.
So an average of about 4 times each. Is that borne out by others' experiences (excluding sex play, illness, old age or childhood of course)? I'd be interested in hearing.
