I think it varies, but unless there's some kind of a medical problem, the answer is not many.
I've asked a number of girl friends and the answers ranged from "never" to "a few times." Just everyone who admitted to them would tell one story.
The girl who was the most open told me about the following three. (I'm talking about accidents after childhood.)
1. At a slumber party, from too much pop and a giggling fit. She wet her pyjama bottoms and left a wet spot on the carpet.
2. In college coming home after a beer party. She was riding with someone who didn't want to pull over and she wet her pants in the back seat.
3. After a night of clubbing, made it home but soaked herself at her door trying to get the keys to work.
As for me, only once. It was when I was traveling overseas and had a bit too much to drink. I didn't really speak the language and was going back to my hotel. Everythig was closed but the streets were still pretty busy. I was looking for an alley or some place when the floodgates opened. I completely lost control, no leaking, no stopping. My pants were soaked for the last quarter mile or so back to the hotel.
