This may not qualify as the *best*, but it's been
a good one for me for several years. I live near an island community with ferrys that transport us to and from a peninsula. There are usually about three ferrys running at any given time, but
nevertheless, there always seem to be long lines
on the ferry-landings queuing for them. The lines
are especially long in the summer, with the increase in tourist and beach-goers. On the
'island side' of the ferry, there's only one
convenience store/gas mart with a public restroom
and I'd *love* to work *there*, living vicaroiusly
on the hope of seeing people who didn't quite make
it after being stuck in line on the ferry landings. I know it happens and have staged
a few accidents there myself over the years.
It's odd really, since each ferry has restrooms
onboard, and in the past few years the county has
placed a few porta-loos along the landing, but I
rarely see anyone using them. I'd guess they're in pretty sorry shape. In the summer it's *fairly* common to see people standing outside their vehicles peeing in their swimsuits rather than lose their place in line. That's one reason
I ride the ferry so much. "Forever on the lookout", I guess you could say. Sure will be nice when it's summer again. ;-)
