After the pubs and clubs have closed and the girls are full of alcohol but have nowhere to pee. All of my wet sightings have happened where the girl has wet herself because of alcohol and has been caught short before reaching her destination. Also, the drink lowers her inhibitions and is more likely to wet in public. I 'm pleased to say that I've witnessed thousands of desperation sightings after the clubs have closed.
