I finally found this paper from last month. I typed it in by hand so I'm sorry for any typos. This is a newspaper article from last month from Indiana in the USA. Bizarre, but funny. I wonder what the real definition of pornography is.

...
Petersberg (Dec. 23) -
COUNTY CLERK DISMISSED FOR COMPUTER 'PORN'

David Johannsen, a 31-year old Pike County clerk and Otwell resident, was dismissed from his position as a county clerk yesterday for having what has been described as "pornographic pictures" on the computer in his office while legal action pends. Pornography is barred from all city offices by city law. He has been dismissed on charges of using government property for improper means and being in the possession of pornography on government property.

The original complaint stated, in part, "Mr. Johannsen had over 100 photographs of women urinating in their clothing on his computer. The subjects of the photographs were in various vulgar positions and having wet their pants and I must believe that they would be offensive for anyone stumbling upon them."

Jeremy Clark, Johannsen's lawyer, while admitting to the charge of improper use of government property, disputes the second charge, stating that none of the pictures on the computer contains nudity. He notes that the complaint made numerous reference to pictures containing "women wetting their pants" and further insists that there is "not a single picture showing a woman's nude body."

Diana McAlister, Pike County District Attorney and the issuer of the charge which resulted from the complaint, has stated that nudity is not the only definition of pornography. "Nudity, actually, is a poor definition of pornography since nudity can often be artful, medical or otherwise legitimate. Pornography refers to pictures and print that is sexual in nature."

How the pictures got into the computer has not been determined. The computer on which the pictures were found does not have access to the internet.

The County defines "pornography" as "any media, whether printed, graphic, video or otherwise, which has the primary purpose of providing sexual pleasure and/or gratification."

Actual court dates are pending.
