I use regular medical catheters,they have a bulb on the end that is injected with air once the bulb passes inot the bladder. This prevents th cath from slipping back out and also makes a seal so the piss will not leack out around the cath. Once the clamp is squeezed into the open position theres no amount of squeezing on my part to stop the flow. Everything flows through the tube and my muscles have no effect on that.
Since responding to this catheter question on here I have had my g/f get me all the nessesaries to start cath playing again. I hope to be able to do it with a partner soon, I miss that.
