Hrm, I hear a lot of swingers clubs do this, but they dont usually advertise the fact.
If you were to set up a fetish resort, then you would have to have something more innocent there as well, so you dont scare people off from coming with some wierd name.
Let the reputation for alternate activities be spread in the communities that support it, and simply advertise the resort on its other "assets".
Or if you must advertise it, have it as one of many other potential alternate activities listed.
That way you could get a lot of honeymoon couples booking in, and for purely amusment value they may try out some of the more wild fetishes in a non threatening environment..
