it depends...
if they are tracking visited sites, you cant cover it...
if they arent... your fine...
but they can track every site that is accessed from any computer on the network, and know what computer was doing it...
but thats just possible, it depends how they have it set up...
hiding your screen and clearing cache is in no way garunteed safe, although its safer then not doing them...
