Getting AIDS from urine is unlikely, but not impossible. If it filtered through her panties, it could be mixed with vaginal secretions, making it more possible. But if you had no open wounds and it didn't contact any other thin-walled area (such as saturating the end of your penis and possibly entering your urethra), the danger is quite slight.
Still, I would always be cautious about a stranger's urine, even if the odds are one in a million.
