Trust me... I work in the IT department and i know how very very easy it is to track what everyone is doing....

If your running of a T1 connection then there is a 90% chance that you are also running through a proxy server (check this by going -Tools-Internet Options-Connections-LAN Settings.) These log all the sites, what type they are, how long you were there, how long your browser was open etc.etc.

If your not on a proxy then you'll be running through the firewall and router which will be logging that sort of info as well.

Your only escape from this is if you only have Win95 / Win98 on your PC and DON'T log onto the network either via either an NT or Novell server. If you don't - then you could, but it would be risky, there is no server that authenticates you and with Win95 / Win98 they do not need a password to load (push escape at logon!) so you could claim that someone else must of used your PC to surf the sites! (your word against their info)...

Personally - I surf from work - Why? Because i stopped the Proxy server from logging what i do on the net, that is the only way!
