Sorry about my ambiguous and contentious expression. Giga is not involved in that incident directly. They are not a bad. (Except a model agent!)
Omorashi means just "a wet accident". This site is linked from Japanese omorashi site.
I cannot prove that it is absolutely fact, as I have not worked with Giga.
But I think that there is no job of a fake, as Japanese producers take fact about even a little article of a magazine.
Their method is primitive and depends on persistence. They are not thinking that "on cue".
A model or an actress must continue drinking ice tea and iced coffee from morning until end. (3 liters or more!) Feeling dizzy from caffeine. The model who cannot hold much is disqualified. They wait patiently till the limit. Afterwards, they start a meeting, move to the location and prepare cameras. (Though exceeded the limit already!)
Merely, they repeat number to need.
