Having once visited Helsinki, I know it's a clean, orderly city, so I can understand the distress of some citizens when people pee where it can be detected by the public. On the other hand, if there's no public rest room and ya gotta go right now, what's a guy to do? We all know that beer can leave you very little leeway!
It might be more productive if the good Finns deal with the reasons why there are so many walking the streets with overflowing bladders...
