Squeezing the penis is probably more of a psychological aid than a physical one. Once the pee has escaped the involuntary and voluntary muscles, it's a lost cause. For some guys, maintaining an erection will temporarily stop the flow, but trying to pinch the end of the penis to hold it in could be painful and damaging.
