I do not know if this goes for all women, maybe I am just not very experienced, but I cannot physically bring myself to do it either. I know you probably hate to hear that. sorry! It does put alot of pressure on the bladder, but not the kind of pressure that you would think may make us possible to have an accident. It is kind of like the pressure is cutting the flow and or pinching and not allowing it to come out.
