I also peed in the aerobic class one day, my only problem was that I didn`t know!
I wore Lycra pants without any panties underneath (didn`t0 want panty line) and I must have leaked!
At the end of the workout the Instructress asked me if I wanted her towell to get to the change room, when I asked why she pointed at my crotch which was wet. When I felt my bum I realized I was wet there too!
I was so embarrased!
