I live in a rural area and don't expect a lot of visitors, but once I had just peed my pants (couldn't help it!) when a neighbor came knocking at my door. I had to call out, "Be right there!", race upstairs to pull on dry jeans, and explained to my visitor that "I was in the bathroom". Since then, I've kept a spare pair of jeans downstairs, and I'm much more vigilant about cars that may stop out front!
