As far as watching concerns when women are wet the smarter the outfit the better. In holiday areas where people swim a lot I love to see big wet patches on pretty skirts and dresses. These are usually due to pulling the clothes on over a wet bikini the wet bum or crotch patch looks terrific. Usually of course it's only sea water but I can fantasise it's piss, and it could well be sometimes, who would know the difference.
