Do what I think Giga does...fill a girl up with drink, then send her shopping/or whatever (rules are-she must not stop at a toilet).
Then follow her with a video camera, you will see the stages of desperation, trying not to show it when in public, then descreetly wetting herself somewhere so hopefully noone will notice.
So then, when she finally wets herself, it could be anywhere! In a lift, in a shop, bus, street, market, etc.
If you put her in light blue jeans, you can also see peoples reactions to the wet patch.
Fill her up with drink, and send her walking I say!
