Yep, that was weird, alright! :) Actually, as I was reading your story, I realised that when you think about it, it's probably some sort of subconscious play on the fact that the pee would have been recycled water, anyhow, so all she was really doing, in a way, was cutting out the middle man. Personally, I think I would prefer warm strong golden pee in my pants to cold clear sugary softdrink. The softdrink just doesn't work, does it? I think pee is much more correct in context, don't you think?
