Well, I have to say I've been similarly disheartened over the years. I've had quite a few interesting, and some wonderful, email correspondence with women (I'm pretty certain they were, or they were extremely good actors!) but it has never gotten anywhere. I also feel that it's not likely to ever get anywhere as part of the thing of the Internet is the anonymity which means that a woman is going to think very long and hard about giving it up once she has come to rely on it.
But I suppose that saddest part of it for me is the fact that women so often simply aren't here in the sort of numbers that would make online relationships a viable mode of finding a partner. I'm definitely interested in finding a partner, but I don't believe they are here in Australia, at least not anywhere I could find someone. Brisbane is not the most blatantly erotic place on the Earth, either!
So I've resigned myself to possibly never finding said partner. I've been married and had a wonderful time then, and yes, I'm sad it's over, but I've moved on. Should someone come into my life again, I'd be ready to try to introduce her to wetting as I have with all my girlfriends since the first really serious relationship I ever had. But I'm not holding my breath, and I've certainly learnt not to expect to find anyone on the Net! Not that I don't think our female companions here are less than appropriate for what I need in a partner, just that I don't expect I will ever get to meet one of you in person.
Sad, but true, and I live with it.
