She'll be fine if you don't have any sort of VD (including HIV)- it's more likely that you'll get an infection if anybody does. There are good chances of developing various urinary tract infections from the normally occurring bacteria which live in the bowel - which is why women are advised to wipe after urinating from front to back , not the other way. You'll probably get away with it - but whatever you do, don't inhale!(Wearing a condom might not be so much fun but would give her much the same sensations and if she blasts the whole lot back at you it'll still be sterile).
