I've never tried meeting anybody on the net but I think that it has to be one of the worst way of getting to know somebody. Why does everybody think that the only way to have pee-fun is to find somebody through the net?
Perhaps I'm lucky but my experience has been that a partner that loves you will be willing to try just about anything even if it is not really their 'thing' and may end up liking it.
For example, my last girlfriend knew nothing at all about WS until I mentioned it to her.She was puzzled at first but after a while she actually enjoyed it!(more details later!)Yes there are 'real' women (not through the net) who enjoy it as a part of sex play!
My next girlfriend (now my wife) also knew nothing about WS but will enjoy occasional 'shows' either by me or her.
I've never tried contacts through the net but I'm sure you are right about all the difficulties.
However,be optimistic everybody,be brave,if you have a good relationship try carefully mentioning your 'interest' and see what happens.This is a much better idea than anonymous contacts.
