For me, it's the "feeling" ....not so much the
warm feeling, but the intense sensations that
seem to originate from the pressure of my
bladder against my urethra against my clitoris.
It's like foreplay. The intensity (obviously....)
builds till a moment when the only remaining
possibility is "release" which is an orgasm
unto itself....different, but no less mind blowing, if not much more so, than your garden variety clitoral orgasm.
