The Hurricane Electric URL (he.net) is one that we used temporarily a week or so ago. If you're ending up at this address, the most likely cause would be that your browser has cached this address; to remedy this, clear your browser cache (or, in MS IE, "delete temporary internt files"), close all browser windows, then re-open and try again.
If it still doesn't work, your ISP may have an ill-behaved proxy cache that hasn't refreshed. This is unlikely, but certainly possible.
Finally, you'll also need to ensure that cookies are enabled on your browser, otherwise the login will fail.
If none of these measures work, please email me with a note of each full URL that you see as you navigate through the site, so that I can see where your browser is departing, and so that I can then provide a more specific remedy.
