A better way to cancel in an emergency if you've lost all your details would be to email me, and I can do it at my end. That way, I don't end up being fined; and your name and address doesn't end up on various blacklists :o)
A still better way is to email or phone CCBill, si nce they are there 24 hours a day and can thus carry out instructions immediately.
