Hmmm, good question. I would THINK that more males would enjoy watching other girls (or males, or both) pee themselves and get turned on by it, because I would assume that girls have accidents more than guys, and, the aspect of peeing in something other than a toilet would probably resurface unpleasant memories of wetting, and then the mockery that followed. However, there is no doubt in my mind that having a full bladder can turn someone on. For instance, I was with my boyfriend last night and I usually like to push on his bladder from time to time while..you know...and by his reaction (pulling away, wimpering, etc) I know how bad he has to pee. Although he rarely ever does (not even a squirt)--he claims it's because he spent his whole life knowing NOT to pee his pants...he did admit to me that when he has to pee really bad, he gets turned on really easily; but he doesn't have the fetish. A lot of people I have known get turned on easily when they have to pee really bad...although this comment doesn't exactly mirror the question you asked, it is a related topic.
