I do believe that in Hollywood circles Jay's pee/wetting fetish is known very well. I wouldn't know as I'm just a hillybilly from the sticks, but I can't believe that anyone as blatant as he is with this fetish could remain unknown.
Plus, it's Hollywood. People are pretty uninhibited and, if anything, those not interested in it are probably amused rather than offended. Quite possibly, Jay is dropping hints and bait, looking for that Hollywood star that enjoys what he likes. Yeah, I know he's married, but we're talking about L.A. so I'm sure he gets plenty on the side, with his wife's approval no less.
