14 years old bully punishment

I´ve a 14 years old daughter. She is making often problems with other girls but what she did on the last class-trip was to much: She bullyd three girls and locked one in the toilet to made her pee herself. Of course this was really embrassing for the poor girl. Now I´ve the following question: Please send me ideas to punish and embrass her, like she embrassed the poor girl. Thank´s.
