This link has already appeared at Elite Gold and the photos are posted at Stumeister's Public Pee Lycos Club. I suspect this bunch of neighbourhood busybodies will soon realise that their attempt to shame these public pissers is just providing some useful wank material for fetishists!
A similar thing happened in Birmingham in the English Midlands, where "angry" residents went out on the streets with a video camera to catch local students watering the streets on the way back from the pubs & clubs. They even had some of their video clips (featuring men and women) shown on primetime network TV in the UK. I suspect the TV company was fully aware of the sort of audience they would be attracting by showing this. Are these zero-tolerance nutters really so dumb that they think the public will be outraged by such behaviour rather than thinking it funny and/or exciting?
